Platform challenge

Two user groups, one connected workflow

Recruitment platforms must support different goals. Candidates need a clear way to discover opportunities and manage applications, while employers need structured tools for publishing vacancies and reviewing responses.

Clear opportunity discovery

Organise listings and role information so candidates can explore relevant opportunities.

Structured application journey

Connect candidate information, résumé upload, submission, and application tracking.

Employer vacancy management

Bring vacancy publishing and application review into a structured administrative workflow.

Portal workflows

PROJECT INTERFACE

Examples from the recruitment portal

Historical interface examples from the original TIRAD project.

Interface examples are retained from the original project and are shown for portfolio demonstration. Listing content and dates should not be interpreted as current vacancies.

Project scope

A foundation for a tailored recruitment workflow

The project illustrates how candidate and employer journeys can be organised within a shared web platform. A new implementation would be adapted to the organisation’s recruitment process, user roles, information requirements, privacy needs, and operating region.

Any production recruitment platform requires a separate review of personal-data handling, access permissions, retention, security, and applicable privacy requirements.

Responsible data handling

Recruitment platforms require careful information handling

These are implementation considerations for a new platform, rather than a statement of features verified in the historical project.

  • Role-based access
  • Candidate-data privacy
  • Clear consent and information
  • Retention planning
  • Secure file handling
  • Audit and administration needs
