The objective of this project was to create a smart, scalable, and user-friendly solution that simplifies price calculation and quotation for customized stone products. Traditional pricing methods were manual, time-consuming, and error-prone—especially when handling multiple materials, dimensions, edge types, sink cut-outs, and optional configurations.

The system automatically calculates prices in real time based on material type, dimensions, thickness, edge processing, holes, sink options, and additional custom selections.

Stone Center AB can easily manage and update pricing rules per material and product category without technical intervention.

Each stone slab or product can be assigned a unique QR code and label.
When a customer scans the QR code using a mobile device, they are taken directly to the calculation page for that specific stone—eliminating manual selection and reducing errors.
- Direct Scan-to-Calculation Flow
The QR-based workflow creates a seamless bridge between physical stone products and the digital pricing system, improving traceability and customer experience.
- Fortnox Integration (Offer & Invoice Flow)
The system is fully integrated with Fortnox, enabling automatic generation of offers and invoice data directly from calculated configurations—streamlining the sales and accounting process.
- Web App & Mobile-Friendly Design
The solution is built as a responsive web application, optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. Customers can easily calculate prices and review configurations directly from their phones or tablets.
